This page describes how the personal data of users who visit this website is managed. It is a notice also provided pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) to those who interact with the web services of Tecnozeta S.r.l., accessible electronically from the address: https://ofbathrooms.com/, corresponding to the home page of the site.

This notice applies only to the Tecnozeta S.r.l. website and not to any other websites the user may visit through links.

This notice is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European personal data protection authorities, meeting in the Working Party established under Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, to identify certain minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

THE “DATA CONTROLLER”

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The “controller” of their processing is Tecnozeta S.r.l., with registered office at Via del Progresso, 1 – 61036 Colli al Metauro (PU).

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Processing connected with the web services of this site takes place at the servers of Tecnozeta S.r.l. and is handled only by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web service is disclosed or disseminated.

Personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material, or for the publication of announcements, is used solely to carry out the requested service and is disclosed to third parties only where necessary for that purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is working correctly, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: apart from this eventuality, at present web contact data does not persist for more than three days.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail and of the contact form (form) to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the message.

Specific summary notices will progressively be shown or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular on-demand services.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data requested in the request forms of Tecnozeta S.r.l. or otherwise indicated in the contacts section.

Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what was requested.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed with automated and paper-based tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access, as further specified in the Record of Processing Activities.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The persons to whom the personal data refers have the right, at any time, to obtain access to, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing, as well as the possibility of withdrawing consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing and of lodging a complaint with the Authority, as provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), by addressing the relevant request to the Data Controller.

Requests should be addressed to Tecnozeta S.r.l., with registered office at Via del Progresso, 1 – 61036 Colli al Metauro (PU).
